Aberdeen Resort has a 34 space Mobile Home Park. The Park is a year - round park , with about 70 permanent residents. 

Why would you want to live here, or have a vacation home here:

Many people start out coming here to visit, camping in an RV at the nearby campgrounds, and then putting  there RV here in Aberdeen. After a few more years, they buy a mobile. We are truly a vacation location. Aberdeen is in the center of the Owens Valley. 

    While Aberdeen may not be for everyone, most who come love it, and stay. Many wish they could. Some of our tenants work, while most are retired. 

    Children are welcome here in our park. The Children go to school in Big Pine, and are picked up by bus, and dropped off daily.

Television:
 We do not have TV signals available here at Aberdeen. If you would like to get TV you will need to get a satellite system through Direct or another company of your choice.

Internet:
High Speed internet is available via various satellite systems such as Wild Blue or Hughes. However the best method we have found is a wireless DSL system available via Schat.net located in Bishop. You may also use dial up if you have a phone line.

Phone:
Phone service is available to all spaces via landlines. This service is provided by Verizon. Each space must take care of this on there own.
Cellular service is available here in the Owens Valley, and the service that works the best here at Aberdeen thus far is thru Verizon wireless. While there is no guarantee of service everywhere this is the service that we found works the best.

The following are documents needed for tenancy at Aberdeen Mobile Home Park.

To start out new tenancy select the tenanacy application for background and credit application. Download it fill it out and sign and send it along with a check (refundable on first months rent if approved for tenancy) to Aberdeen Management.

There are MS Word documents as well as PDF versions of rental agreement documents needed for tenants. If you are unable to download the MS Word version you can go to the pdf version. (Adobe Reader is required for viewing pdf documents, and a free version is available for download)
